The scope of this project encompassed the comprehensive refurbishment of a period house. Our undertaking comprised a comprehensive range of tasks, from extensive external repairs to the introduction of fresh internal finishes with exposed wooden structures.
Additionally, we embarked on the replacement of bathrooms and the kitchen, alongside a comprehensive revamp of all existing services.
Private Client Kingston
This project entailed the comprehensive strip-out and refurbishment of a distinguished detached property.
Our scope of responsibilities extended to various crucial aspects, beginning with aiding the Client in the meticulous selection of an Interior Designer. We undertook the task of assembling the entire project design team, meticulously negotiating fees and securing appointments.
With a focus on seamless coordination, we assumed the role of overseeing and directing design development, meticulously controlling budgets, and ensuring that all designs harmoniously aligned with the Client’s aspirations.
Private Client Surrey
Our involvement in this project commenced during the midway point of the construction phase, where our primary role was to offer guidance to the Client regarding the administration of a building contract.
It came to our attention that the ongoing building works had brought to light certain structural and electrical defects within the premises, the property required significant remediation to ensure the smooth progression of the remaining construction tasks.
We were also appointed to work with landscape designers acting as Client’s representative to supervise and coordinate the landscaping scheme for this large private garden in Surrey.
